Geof Hewitt, Vermont Slam Poetry Champion, hosts a Poetry Slam at IPL.  Slammers should bring two original poems, each of which they can read or recite in three minutes or less.  This Slam is open to all poets.  Those who wish to participate should sign up at the door from 5:45-6:00PM.  Not a poet?  Participate as an audience member.  Free event open to the public.
