Throughout the year, we rely on our enthusiastic volunteers to serve hot cocoa or cotton candy, set up tables, take tickets, dress up in holiday costumes, string wreaths with lights, and help plan fun events for our whole community. We’d love your help too with whatever area you’re most interested in contributing, at any skill or involvement level!

Current volunteer needs:

Very Merry Middlebury Planning Committee

We’re looking for 5-6 people who want to help plan Very Merry Middlebury. Tasks include dropping off posters at businesses and organizations, coordinating various logistics, promoting the events via community calendars, etc. Very Merry Middlebury is a really fun way to get involved in the community, let us know if you are interested!

WinterFest Planning Committee

We’re expanding WinterFest into several days of fun, winter-themed events hosted by different organizations and businesses in the community. Help us plan and promote those events and grow WinterFest into a can’t miss Middlebury event!

Experience Middlebury is powered by the Better Middlebury Partnership, a civic organization focused on community development through engagement, special events and advocacy.
